Refund Policy

Fourteen days to change your mind on any purchase, for any reason. Here is how to ask, and the cases where we refund regardless of when you do.

In effect from 19 August 2026

1.The short version

You have 14 days to change your mind. Email us within 14 days of buying and we refund you in full, for any reason or none β€” including simply deciding you did not need it. You do not have to justify it and we will not ask you to.

After 14 days, we still refund when the fault is ours β€” a double charge, access that never arrived, access that stopped working. Those cases are in clauses 3 and 4, and they are not limited by the 14 days.

Before you pay anything: unlimited practice questions in all three kinds and the full timed mock are free, with no card required. You can judge most of the product without spending a cent, which is the best protection against regretting a purchase.

2.Your 14-day right

EU consumer law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Digital content supplied immediately is an exception a trader is allowed to invoke β€” we could ask you to give the right up at checkout in exchange for instant access, and many sellers do.

We do not. You get Pro the moment you pay and you keep the full 14 days. There is no box to tick, nothing to waive, and no difference between the right the law gives you and what this page offers.

The 14 days run from the day you buy. To use it, email us β€” see β€œHow to ask” below. Refunding ends the Pro access it paid for; everything else about your account is untouched.

3.When we refund anyway

Outside the 14 days, we will still refund you in full, without argument, if any of these apply:

  • You were charged more than once for the same thing. We refund the duplicates.
  • You paid and never received Pro access, and we cannot put it right promptly.
  • You were charged after already holding lifetime access, so the purchase bought you nothing you did not already have.
  • The charge was not authorised by you β€” someone else used your card. Tell us and tell your bank.
  • We charged you the wrong amount, in which case we refund the difference.
  • We discontinue Laureo β€” pro-rata for lifetime buyers in the preceding 12 months, as set out in clause 6 of the Terms of Service.

This list is not a limit on your statutory rights. If the service was not as described or not of satisfactory quality, your rights under the consumer law of your own country apply whatever this page says.

4.If Pro access does not work

If a fault on our side means Pro access is unusable for a meaningful part of a paid term, email us. Our first move is to fix it, and to extend your term by at least the time you lost.

If we cannot fix it in reasonable time, we refund β€” in full for a 30 day pass, and pro-rata for lifetime access based on how long you have had it. Short interruptions, maintenance and third-party outages that we resolve promptly are not covered.

5.How to ask

Email filippefrulli.dev@gmail.com from the address on your account, and tell us what you bought, roughly when, and what went wrong. That is enough β€” there is no form.

We aim to answer within 3 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank. We do not charge a fee for processing one.

6.What a refund does to your access

Refunding a purchase removes the Pro access it paid for. If the refund covers a 30 day pass that was extending an earlier one, only the refunded term is removed.

Your account, your practice history, your streak and your progress are untouched β€” they belong to the free tier and a refund does not affect them. You can carry on practising for free exactly as before.

7.Chargebacks

If something is wrong, please email us before going to your bank. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee even when we are at fault, and we can usually just refund you within a day. We may suspend Pro access on an account with an open chargeback until it is resolved β€” not as a punishment, but because the payment is being reversed either way.
